A brilliantly funny book, infused with the ideal balance of endearing anecdotes and insightful tools. It is an absolute "must read" for those of use who shudder at the thought of, horror of horrors, selling our services. John practices what he preaches, achieving success with his first book by doing so perfectly that which he asks of his readers -- asking, and answering -- "What can I do to help this person?"
