Helpful resource full of methods for advancing your networking power!

This book provides such powerful material to help you access the hidden job market. I enjoy Marcoux's example of how he used 4 sentences to convert a first meeting with someone into another opportunity that resulted in thousands of dollars. This book is thorough in providing first impression methods and even helping the reader feel at ease. I really appreciate the section "50 Secrets to Save 2 Hours a Day." I can relate to the idea that if I feel more at ease then I can set the other person at ease. The 50 Secrets include "Top Six Targets" for helping me prioritize my day. And this book refers to research on willpower and how to benefit from the method "Worst First." I found the communication techniques on how to respond to personality styles (Director, Relater, Socializer, Analytic) to be so helpful. Before I found myself gravitating to people similar to me. Now, I feel I have methods to relate to people with different personality styles. The section Secrets for Introverts points out how an introvert can get ready for and do well in networking situations. This book even shows how to quickly recover from rejection. Do yourself and your career a big favor and get this book.

Great tools to help you succeed!

I appreciate the simplicity of the examples. It really feels like I can apply the details to my life. Some topics may feel daunting, but I really enjoy that Marcoux has provided simple examples that can be executed and practiced.
I like that Marcoux uses acronyms so it’s easier to commit the material to memory – like B.R.A.N.D. I find that it’s easier to understand and use the material when it is organized so well.
