This is a wonderful book for any leader

This is a wonderful book for any leader. Tami's book will lead you step by step to motivate and encourage you and your team to write your own story. You will set the example for everyone to become a leader. The steps in accomplishing team building are easily presented in her book. I've known Tami for many years and "The Momentum Factor" really reflects the person I know. Good job Tami.

The momentum Factor is truly inspiring for leaders and those they are working to build along side them! God is just waiting for all of us to claim one of His promises for our own. This book will walk you step by step how to lead with purpose and take active steps to prepare today for what faces us tomorrow. It's powerful and an excellent tool for Retreats and Team Building!
