Gets straight to the point.

This was a very timely read for me. I was just about to reduce fees to try to obtain more clients and reading this short, succinct, to the point book reminded me that it is better to work on the value rather than just undercutting fees to get more clients. When you read this you might find yourself thinking I've heard this before but as Rich Schefren states you have to hear things more than once, over learn then so that you can really enact it. So you might have heard it butt he real question is are you DOING it? Once your doing it you will be grateful you read this great little book.

Advice for self-employed office personnel.

(I have written a review for this book before.) This author is able to fit into an office and make an analysis of the strong points of a consultant.
The book is well written and easy to read. I use the word cogent because it is focused and to the point. Where the consultant or auditor sees
all the details, she sees the value of the work being accomplished. She understand the market and gives advice about charges to the client.
