About the Author
Adam S. Minsky founded the first law office in Massachusetts devoted entirely to assisting student loan borrowers, and he is one of the only attorneys in the country practicing in this area of law. Atty. Minsky provides counsel, legal assistance, and direct advocacy for borrowers on a variety of student loan-related matters, including student loan management, administrative disputes with loan holders, and default prevention and resolution. He has been interviewed by major national publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine, and The Chronicle of Higher Education, and he has published multiple articles on student loan-related topics. Atty. Minsky has also served as faculty for continuing legal education seminars on the topic of student loan law, and he regularly speaks to students, graduates, and advocates about the latest developments in higher education financing. He maintains a nationally recognized blog on student loan-related issues at www.BostonStudentLoanLawyer.com. Atty. Minsky received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Boston University, and his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. Very helpful and right to the important points

When I first received this small 50 page book, printed in a large typeface, I thought it was overpriced. However, after going through it, I must say that, compared to the wealth of official material on internet, that is very detailed but often not clear enough on the issues that really concern all of us, (like for instance, the consequences of the different choices), the book is really clear, short and to the point so as not to be boring, but very helpful and complete. I highly recommend it! Of course, even though it's really helpful to get a general orientation, it's advisable to get the direct advice of a consultant before taking such important decisions concerning loans.
