Lots of good info here. Goes into the pros and cons of residential vs. commercial work. Good advice on some things to watch out for.
He's English, so all the financial estimates are in pounds.
I would have liked more info on what to look for in window cleaning solutions.
Otherwise a very good book.

No more money worries...

A very easy read to get your financials straightened out. The tips were really very practical and not radical. The book suggests simple and reasonable changes in your daily lifestyle to improve your financials. It includes making a plan and sticking with it and or finding new ways to save some money. I loved the straight forward writing style, it makes it very easy to understand. A very informative read.

Oh man this book far exceeded my expectations. I just finished reading it in bed while my girlfriend is passed out next to me. I had to suppress my laughter the best I could several times to keep from waking her up and even woke her up a few times failing to do so. Very funny, real-life stories that depict the true realities of being a real estate investor. I highly recommend to investors of all experience levels.

The life of a Real Estate Investor is not always Glamorous

Awesome Book. I dove in and read the entire book in 1 sitting and absolutely loved it.
It reminded me of some of the crazy sellers and situations we have been in over the years buying ugly rehabs.
If your looking for some good solid entertainment get this book and also learn from the stories provided.
