Must read for leaders and entrepreneurs large or small

I highly recommend this book to executives and entrepreneurs whether you are a start up or established, small or large. It challenges the traditional status quo of doing business to a new way of thinking that is 'how can we collectively build a better, more profitable and successful business'. In todays world, 'I' can't make it alone, but if we surround ourselves with the right tribe and like minded people, we begin to question, add value, and opportunities start to open up.

Janine Garner is a great leader,, speaker, mentor, disrupter, trailblazer and now author. She hits the nail on the head in this book about why we all need to collaborate both in corporate and in your own business - working on your own will never get you the results you want and the outreach you want. This book really does talk you through practically how to do collaborate in an authentic way and really move into that "we""space. LOVE it! Thank you Janine!

Making hyper-connectivity work!

The real question in our hyper-connected, highly-collaborative economy is how do we move from a position of "me and mine" to "we and ours: in a way that isn't token or simply "playing nice in the sand pit"! Janine Garner's Me to We hits just the right balance between idealism and inspiration and down-to-business practicality and advises how we can all make teamwork more than an annual retreat filled with dodgy trust building exercises.
