She is realistic that you may not always get exactly what you want, but she shows the reader you have to give it a good try and how to go about that. Not all disputes will be a battle, but when they are, Mauree is able to shine some light on what to do to be on equal ground and right the wrong.

It's about time someone said enough to bad service

One woman finally had the guts to stand against these multi billion dollar companies and said enough to bad customer service. I have actually used a couple of her techniques and guess what? You get what you want!!! If you are tired of dealing with phone and cable companies read this book.
