About the Author
Jay St. Hilaire learned early that hard work and persistence are keys to a better life. At twelve years old he was working at his grandfather’s side tearing down small engines on the floor of his mom’s kitchen. He wanted to see what made them tick. Through his teens his grandfather continued to mentor him. At twenty-one Jay married and had a son. He also began his construction career, partnering with a new mentor, his dad, they built homes from the ground up. Having learned every aspect of the business, Jay eventually took over. He prides himself on being a lifelong learner. That’s why, in 2009, he called on a Dean Graziosi infomercial. He was ready to begin learning a new trade….. real estate. He read every book Dean wrote and then joined Dean’s Success Academy. Jay’s hard work brought immediate success. He closed numerous deals and mastered many effective strategies. He now enjoys paying it forward by traveling the country teaching the concepts he learned in the field. Throughout the adventure Jay keeps his two primary goals in mind each and every day. First, he’s committed to continuing to better himself, and second, he wants to help other’s benefit from the lessons he’s learned.

It keeps things simple so everyone can understand, yet guides the reader through next steps. It you are interested in next steps on creatively buying your first home this is for you. Or if you are an investor or realtor, looking to introduce Rent to Own or Land Contracts to your clients this is the tool for you. Do not miss out on this excellent book on Creative Real Estate!

Author, Jay St Hilaire, Puts Together a Wonderful Guide Book and Manual for Home-Seekers and Investors Alike

I found this book was a great resource for someone who can't necessarily obtain a bank loan to buy a home. It was concise, easy to read and well put together. There is a step by step plan on what to do and how to do it contained in the chapter layout. His unique approach centers around buying homes on a rent to own basis, with his own special twist on the strategy. The author talks about how he uses this Real Estate Investing Strategy on a regular basis as the foundation for his business. I looked up his website listed in the book and found some free stuff there and downloaded it. St Hilaire's homepage (listed in the book) can be found at http://www.jaysthilaire.com. The site seems to offer free training for anyone that might be interested in delving deeper. For anyone that wants to download the first chapter of his book before buying, he has it on his site at http://www.jaysthilaire.com/free-chapter-jay-st-hilaire/. I would definitely recommend buying the book for home-seekers and investors alike. Great read.
